Fresh cutlassfish caught at Jeju ocean on the day is immediately sashimied and cooked.

 

Braised cutlassfish + seaweed + rice are really delicious.

 

Grilled cutlassfish is easy to eat because the staff spreads it on.

 

It's soy sauced crab, it's delicious to eat with rice.
